policy and terms of service

 

1. Foothills Integrity Cleaning is licensed and insured. I provide all equipment and supplies. I guarantee consistent quality
    cleaning service.  Please contact me if there is anything that you aren’t delighted by.

 

2. Schedule changes or cancellations: Please notify as soon as possible with any changes or cancellations. This allows me
    time to plan ahead. You will be charged half of the amount of your cleaning for any late or non-notification.

 

3. Accidents do happen. If I am responsible for damages to your home or items in your home, I will leave a note for you and
    place a follow up call. I make every attempt to repair, replace or pay for any items that I have damaged.

 

4. If your home has a security system, please inform me how you want to handle it.  Additionally, please make me aware
    of pets in the home.

 

5. If you want your cleaning product to be used for cleaning I ask that you place the product all together in one place at
    your house so that it is easy for me to find them when I clean. If you want me to provide the cleaning product to be
    used for cleaning there will be a 10$ charge per cleaning. 

 

Finally, please let me know how I am doing with my job by dropping a note on the counter or giving me a call. Notes are also great to give specific cleaning instructions.  I appreciate all comments regarding service and hope to use them to improve how I can serve you.  Thank you for choosing Foothills Integrity Cleaning.
